ANTHONY REED

Anthony Reed was raised in Alexandria, MN. He trained at both the Lyric Opera of Chicago and San Francisco Opera in their emerging artist programs. In addition he holds a masters degree from the Curtis Institute of Music.
 

A versatile singer and actor, Anthony's operatic credits include Figaro (Le nozze di Figaro), Sarastro (Die Zauberflöte), Masetto (Don Giovanni), Don Basilio( Il barbiere di Siviglia), Frère Laurent (Roméo et Juliette), and Collatinus (The Rape of Lucretia) among others. He has performed in such venues as the Royal Opera, Opéra de Rouen Normandie, San Francisco Opera, and Lyric Opera of Chicago.
