Marc Persing

Mr. Persing is in his 15th season in the full-time chorus at the Met. He made his solo debut as A Villager in La fille du regiment in 2011.  This past summer Marc had the pleasure of performing the role of Gamaliel in his church's production of Upside Down: A Musical Tale After the Christ.

Other recent Met solo credits include Welko (Arabella). He has performed the roles of Tamino (Westminster Opera Theater), Frederic (NYGASP), and The Prince in Warren Martin's Cinderella (LONJ). Mr. Persing has also enjoyed performing many musical theatre roles including Robert (Company) and Rapunzel's Prince (Into the Woods).
